Today marks day 1 of my vacation. I had the distinct pleasure of putting in the new oven we just bought. I don't remember it being such a pain in the ass last time. But, this one was. After 2 hours, however, I was able to finally get it to the point where we can turn it on and do all of the stuff that we're supposed to do with a new oven.
We can't cook on it yet, so the wife and kids are heading out to get chinese food for lunch. It should be a treat. I'm looking forward to eating something made within the walls of my home, however. Take out is pretty old, at this point.
